Last week we ordered two pizzas and garlic bread using the 'build your own menu'. The caramelised onion wasnt caramelised, the potato was burnt and when we called to express our disappointment the manager hung up on us. When I called back, he continually refused to refund our meal. When he finally agreed to refund one of the pizzas he asked me what he was going to tell his manager. I pointed out he could say the pizza was burnt but he still didnt see this as valid. I'd been a customer for years, I will never go back.
